Heard so many good things about this new eatery that I just had to take the drive from ENY to sample the goods. I was NOT disappointed. I was suppose to take a picture of my burger, but after the first bite, I couldn’t stop! Kudos to you, Titus! I’ll be back again…this time during the week! LOL

I ordered the salmon burger, which was delicious. The salmon patty was fresh and moist One aspect I truly love is burger buns from Brioche of Brooklyn, another new Bed Stuy business from a couple who bakes the most amazing and creative brioche bread. My salmon burger in particular was on a squid ink bun that was soft and perfect in combination with the burger. All in all, I’m very excited.

The Stuy Burgers is just simply awesome. Low-key, comfortable vibe. Everything was terrific and delicious. I certainly liked the service as well, they are very courteous and attentive. If I was ever in the area I would certainly come to The Stuy Burgers again.
